Detailed Itinerary of the 8 Days (Budget) Uganda Primates & Wildlife Tour
Day 1: Arrival and Pick Up
On arrival at the Entebbe International Airport, you are picked up by a company driver guide/ representative who transfers you to your hotel in Kampala. Check-in then later proceed back to experience a City Tour at the various safari destinations like the Uganda Museum, Kasubi Tombs, and Namirembe Cathedral then later in the evening, transfer for Dinner and Overnight. Hotel Africana, Speke Hotel.
Day 2: Transfer to Kibale National Park
Wake up very early in the morning have your breakfast, then after embark on your 5 hours long drive to Kibale Forest National Park through Fort Portal where you break for lunch and then proceed arriving in the evening. Check-In at Ndali lodge, Rwenzori View Guest House. Meals here are based on F/B.
Day 3: Chimpanzee Tracking in Kibale Forest National Park
Wake up early in the morning have breakfast, then later proceed to the forest headquarters for briefing on the Dos and Don’ts around the chimpanzees then later transfer into the forest in groups of 8 with a skilled ranger guide to track the Chimpanzees for 2-4 hours and when you meet them, take numerous photos to keep for memories. After, proceed back to your lodge/ hotel for Dinner and Overnight. Ndali lodge, Rwenzori View Guest House Meals are on F/B.
Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Wake up very early in the morning have your breakfast then transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park for 2-3 hours and when you reach there transfer with an experienced park ranger on a guided nature walk which offers you views of the brilliant bird species, primates and wildlife species. After your nature walk, proceed to check-in your lodge/ hotel for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Mweya Safari Lodge, Tembo Safari Lodge, Bush Lodge.
Day 5: Game drive and Boat Cruise
Wake up have breakfast then transfer to the Park to experience a Game Drive along the various tracks watching various wildlife wandering from one point to another. 
The wildlife animals you watch include; Warthog, Buffalo, Elephant, Uganda Kob, Waterbuck, Oribi, Topi, and Giant Forest Hog as well as Hippos and Crocodiles. After the Game Drive break off for lunch then transfer to enjoy a Boat Cruise along the Kazinga Channel. Dinner and Overnight. Mweya Safari Lodge, Tembo Safari Lodge, Bush Lodge.
Day 6: Transfer to Bwindi Forest National Park
Wake up very early in the morning and embark on the long drive to Bwindi Forest National Park through the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park known as the Ishasha Sector. Have lunch at the Ishasha River then proceed on your journey and after a while driving, you will reach Bwindi and proceed direct to your lodge/ hotel for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Buhoma Lodge, Gorilla Resort, Buhoma Community Bandas. Meals are on FB.
Day 7: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Forest
Wake up early have breakfast then transfer to the Park headquarters to be briefed on the Dos and Don’ts around the Mountain Gorillas. The Park ranger guide distributes into groups of 8 to track a specific Gorilla Group depending on your physical fitness then later leads you into the forest to track the Gorillas for 3-5 hours and when you meet them only an hour is allowed in their presence taking numerous photos to keep for memories. After trekking the Gorillas transfer back to your lodge/ hotel for Dinner and Overnight. Buhoma Lodge, Gorilla Resort, Buhoma Community Bandas. Meals are on FB.
Day 8: Departure to Kampala
Wake up have breakfast then with your luggage, embark on your transfer to Kampala or the Entebbe International Airport to board your flight back home.

- Ground transport in a comfortable 4WD safari van equipped for game viewing, photography and touring
- Full board accommodation
- Full time English speaking professional driver/guide
- All tour activities as detailed in the itinerary
